​How are peptides stored and shipped?

Peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form to preserve stability. Upon arrival, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place or refrigerated (2–8°C). For long-term storage, freezing is suggested. Each vial includes handling and reconstitution guidance.

Can I return a product if I no longer need it?

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns once a product has shipped. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged vial, please contact support within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, as we begin processing and packaging immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team at info@americanresearchpeptides.com as soon as possible. After the 2-hour window, all sales are considered final.
